Robin Reinhardt
A thought-leader in the talent-booking space for award shows, event programming, and TV and digital series, Robin Reinhardt has been the top-ranking Talent Producer for such major events as the Film Independent Spirit Awards, Primetime Creative Arts Emmys, People’s Choice Awards and the NAACP Image Awards for over 25 years. Forming R&R Talent in 2009, Robin remains respected industry-wide for nurturing celebrities and their projects and has close relationships with all principal managers, executives and representatives in the entertainment community.
Prior to forming her company, Robin spent 20 years at MTV where, as SVP, Studio Relations & Celebrity Talent, she was instrumental in building and sustaining the network’s relationship with Hollywood. Her initial duties of booking talent for their event programming including the Movie Awards, VMAs, MTV Beach House, Spring Break, Rock N Jock, New Year’s Eve as well as the full run of TRL, evolved into her helming the channel’s integrated marketing relationships with all major film studio partners for the ladder half of her MTV career. Working with the heads of Publicity and Promotion at each studio, agency and related stakeholder, Robin led the charge for MTV in developing the current revenue model for movie promotions and, as the MTV family of channels moved away from music and into reality and event programming, led the network in finding new ways to integrate movie releases and celebrity talent into its evolving lineup. In the process, Robin made MTV a must for talent and the recognized home for creative programming, promotion and marketing.
Based in Los Angeles, Robin continues to further her brand with R&R Talent, booking talent for Hollywood’s biggest events, series and podcasts. Additional projects include the Peabody Awards, British Academy Britannia Awards, Visual Effects Society Awards, Shine A Light: A 9/11 20th Anniversary Tribute, SundanceTV HQ at SFF, Beat Shazam, Friday Night Vibes with Tiffany Haddish, and the Comedy Central Roasts of Charlie Sheen, Roseanne, James Franco, Justin Bieber, Rob Lowe, Bruce Willis and Alec Baldwin.
